I'm Back & I Promise I'll Never Leave Again

Well hello to everyone that I have missed terribly in the last few months. I have been on a self-imposed sabbatical since work and closing the house in Florida and all those things took over my life. As much as I missed writing, I really missed the interaction with everyone in the community. So, to catch up, here is Frugal Maven's

What I Did On My Summer Not-Vacation.

1. 
   
   Never got my garden completely planted 'cause my idiot neighbor takes 7 months to fix a chimney and leaves his ladders in my plot.


2. 
   
   Never lost a pound that I didn't gain back.


3. 
   
   Never started walking a mile everyday.


4. 
   
   Did not finish a novel.


5. 
   
   Or a short story.


6. 
   
   Or a haiku.

What I did do, though, was eat lots of fabulous tomatoes that were juicy and runny and yummy. I got a new office courtesy of Travis McGee complete with bookshelves and room for stuff on the walls and it is wonderful. We made a couple of quick Florida trips and packed 12 days worth of fun and work into 36 hours. I cut off all my hair. Sampled several new local restaurants that were well worth the money. Saw some friends, read some books, walked some dogs and here I am! Tomorrow I intend to go back to being hip and stingy again. Missed and love you all!
